Juventus bring Paulo Dybala into the XI for injured Gonzalo Higuain during the warm-up, while Lazio have to give Djavan Anderson his first Serie A start with Danilo Cataldi in place of Luis Alberto.
It kicks off in Turin at 20.45 UK time (19.45 GMT).

This would’ve been a Scudetto decider without the lockdown, but Lazio’s form since the restart has been dismal thanks to a growing injury crisis, which only highlighted the thin squad and few options for rotation.
That has never been more evident than this evening, as Simone Inzaghi is without Luis Alberto, Jony, Lucas Leiva, Stefan Radu, Joaquin Correa, Senad Lulic, Adam Marusic and suspended Patric.
It means Bastos steps into the back three, with Francesco Acerbi shifted from the centre to the left in order to fill in for Radu.
Danilo Cataldi has to act as the Luis Alberto understudy in midfield, while 25-year-old Dutch-Jamaican right-sided winger Djavan Anderson is given his first Serie A start – after four substitute appearances – moved over to the left to replace Jony.
Ciro Immobile hasn’t found the net since June 30, although he was suspended for one of those four rounds, and is now just one goal ahead of Cristiano Ronaldo in the Capocannoniere race.
As for Juventus, Federico Bernardeschi sits out a ban with Giorgio Chiellini, Mattia De Sciglio and Sami Khedira injured.
It had been widely reported Juan Cuadrado would move up into the trident attack to bring more balance, leaving Danilo at right-back.
Instead, the Colombian keeps his spot, Douglas Costa is used and Paulo Dybala is the one sent to the bench in favour of Gonzalo Higuain.
At least, that was the plan, because Higuain pulled out during the warm-up with a muscular problem and is replaced by Dybala.
Rodrigo Bentancur was thought to be not 100 per cent fit, yet he takes Miralem Pjanic’s central midfield role, with Ramsey getting his first start since the lockdown.
Lazio already beat Juventus twice this season, 3-1 in Serie A and again in the Italian Supercup, both in December.
