The broadcaster adds the Granata are also working to bring in Sarr and Esposito this summer.

Sarr, a France Under-21 international who can play at centre-back or left-back, is a free agent after his contract with Nice expired.

Although links with Inter have cooled of late, Toro still face Premier League competition from Arsenal.

As for Esposito, the striker is set to sign a new, five-year contract with the Nerazzurri before being sent out on loan.

Sky claims Sampdoria, Bologna, Parma and even Silvio Berlusconi’s Monza are all battling with Toro to take him.
