Probable line-ups: Juve-Samp

Juventus will look to clinch the Scudetto with Leonardo Bonucci and Miralem Pjanic against Sampdoria, who have Fabio Quagliarella back.

The match kicks off at 20:45 UK time – click here for a preview.

Bonucci will replace Daniele Rugani in central defence after serving a ban, while Pjanic should come in for Aaron Ramsey.

With Douglas Costa injured, Federico Bernardeschi will partner Paulo Dybala and Cristiano Ronaldo in Juve’s front three.

The Bianconeri simply need to win this evening for their ninth consecutive Serie A crown, but standing in their way are a Samp side who have won five of their last seven games.

Ronaldo Vieira and Omar Colley are suspended, but Quagliarella will start up top with Gaston Ramirez against his former club.

Juventus (probable): Szczesny; Danilo, De Ligt, Bonucci, Alex Sandro; Bentancur, Pjanic, Rabiot; Bernardeschi, Dybala, Ronaldo

Sampdoria (probable): Audero; Depaoli, Yoshida, Chabot, Augello; Linetty, Thorsby, Bertolacci, Jankto; Ramirez, Quagliarella
