La Dea have gone 16 games unbeaten in Serie A and continued to build on their great form after the resumption.

However, Gasperini has revealed he is not completely content with the current situation ahead of the penultimate game against Parma tomorrow.

“We have reached the last two games, we are in control of our end result,” Gasperini said. “It was an exciting season until February, with packed stadiums everywhere.

“Then the virus ruined everyone’s life, put us in a condition to try to start again in order to save football.

“Without the public, it’s not the same thing. Even if the matches were real. Football is being played in many ways, even if this scenario has never occurred before.

“We hope that the fans can come back as soon as possible. All the clubs and players have been through difficult moments, everyone did it with great availability.

“We are in the last week, we hope the conditions will be more normal when we start again. Football like this, loses too much.”
