Report: Torino close in on Rodriguez

Torino are reportedly on the verge of signing Milan full-back Ricardo Rodriguez and are looking to offload Lyanco this summer.

Il Toro don’t have time to waste before the new season and are busy shaping their squad in a useful way for Marco Giampaolo’s football.

The former Milan coach is looking for full-backs and has, according to Corriere Torino, returned to Milanello to bring Rodriguez with him.

The 27-year-old moved on loan to PSV Eindhoven in January but returned to Milan, where his contract expires in June 2021.

The newspaper says the Switzerland international is on the verge of signing with the Granata and claims Rodriguez will be one of two new full-backs this summer, whilst Giampaolo is also looking for a playmaker and a mezzala.

Corriere di Torino writes that Lyanco will be leaving, with Bologna and Lille fighting Sporting CP for his signature.
