La Gazzetta dello Sport, Corriere dello Sport and Sport Mediaset all claim David Silva is not answering Lazio calls, several days after he had been expected to sign the contract.
Now Sky Sport Italia suggest Mayoral is also no longer that convinced by the Lazio option.
The 23-year-old Real Madrid forward is only under contract until June 2021, so is likely to leave after his loan spell with Levante.
He had seemed so close to accepting Lazio, but now Fiorentina and Valencia have reportedly made their own approach.
