Cagliari have confirmed players Filip Bradaric, Luca Ceppitelli and Alberto Cerri – after Kiril Despodov – have tested positive for COVID-19.
Their positivity was discovered during the routine tests ahead of pre-season training, which was meant to begin tomorrow.
Despodov had tested positive while on vacation in Bulgaria, but it seems the others were in Sardinia.
In accordance with the protocol, two other players who had been in close contact with these positive cases, have been isolated as a precautionary measure.
