Patron Rocco Commisso has reportedly offered Thiago Silva €4m a year to join Fiorentina, who are in advanced talks with the Paris Saint-Germain defender.
The Brazilian defender has helped Les Parisiens to the Champions League Final this season and currently prepares to lead the side against Bayern Munich on Sunday.
But after the showpiece in Lisbon, the former Milan centre-back will move on and has been linked with a return to San Siro in recent weeks.
Calciomercato.com claims the soon-to-be 36-year-old is ready to return to Serie A this summer but looks set to end up in Florence and sign a deal with Fiorentina.
The report says President Commisso has offered the veteran a deal along the lines of Ribery’s contract at the Artemio Franchi and Thiago Silva could sign a two-year contract worth around €4m a season.
The Brazil international helped Milan to their last Scudetto and picked up a Supercoppa Italiana during his three years in Via Aldo Rossi, before winning 25 titles in eight seasons at PSG.
