Inter have reason to cheer on PSG in tonight’s Champions League Final with Bayern Munich, as it could earn them an extra €2m.
It kicks off at 20.00 UK time (19.00 GMT) in Lisbon and there are two ex-Inter men in the running.
Mauro Icardi was sold to Paris Saint-Germain, while Ivan Perisic is on loan at Bayern Munich.
As explained by La Repubblica, Inter are cheering on the French side, because there was a clause in Icardi’s sale including an extra €2m bonus if he won the Champions League.
The Argentina international moved on loan for €13m and PSG paid another €50m to make the move permanent.
There were also an additional €7m in performance-related bonuses.
