Sampdoria are looking to the Premier League to raise funds by selling Omar Colley, Ronaldo Vieira, Bartosz Bereszynski and Gaston Ramirez.
According to Il Secolo XIX newspaper, the Blucerchiati are confident the English clubs will give them the best prices for their players.
Centre-back Colley is on the radar of Newcastle United, Aston Villa and West Ham United, along with several Championship clubs, including Watford.
They are hoping to get over €5m for the Gambian defender, although the newspaper shrugs off reports of a bid worth €18m.
Midfielder Vieira was an England Under-21 international, coming to Samp from Leeds for €7m in 2018.
There are suggestions Leeds United sent scouts to view Vieira for a potential return, but there is also competition from West Ham, Burnley, Leicester City, Southampton and Everton.
Even Tottenham Hotspur are said to be keeping an eye on the 22-year-old, whose price-tag is at least €10m.
Defender Bereszynski and creative midfielder Ramirez are on the market too, with Bournemouth, Southampton and even Scottish side Celtic interested.
