Fiorentina have reportedly offered €8m to take Lucas Torreira on loan from Arsenal, with an option to buy for a further €18m.
According to La Stampa newspaper, the bid on the table is a paid one-season loan period for €8m.
At the end of that, Fiorentina can then make it a permanent move for a further €18m, taking the total cost of the operation to €26m.
The 24-year-old Uruguay international is no stranger to Serie A, having played at Sampdoria and Pescara.

Fiorentina are currently the favourites for Torreira, ahead of Torino, Lazio and Roma.
The midfielder made 39 competitive appearances for Arsenal last season, scoring two goals with one assist.
