Parma have officially appointed Fabio Liverani as their new coach, with a two-year contract.

The tactician was fired by Lecce last week and has now put pen to paper on the deal to June 2022 with the Ducali.

He replaces Roberto D’Aversa, who was sacked by Parma because they did not see eye to eye on the strategy going forward.

Liverani’s coaching career began at Genoa, then went through Leyton Orient, Ternana and for three years Lecce.
