Dzeko is at the centre of a transfer merry-go-round this summer and until this domino falls, the others will be in a holding pattern.

He is expected to meet with Roma directors over the weekend, but a member of his entourage told RomaPress “nothing has been decided.”

If Dzeko agrees to leave Roma for Juventus, that deal is done for €10m plus €2m in performance-related bonuses.

At that point, the Giallorossi would go all in for Napoli striker Milik, offering €10m plus ownership of Cengiz Under and youth team player Alessio Riccardi.

Negotiations continue, as the Partenopei value Milik at €50m, so want the cash sum to be doubled to €20m.

In turn, Napoli need to sell players to raise funds for further transfers and especially Milik, who is out of contract in June 2021.

However, if Dzeko decides to remain with Roma, then this sparks a whole other set of dominoes falling in a different direction.

Milik would then be competing with Barcelona star Suarez for the role of centre-forward at Juventus, especially if the Uruguay international managed to free himself from the Blaugrana by mutual consent.

His salary would be €12m, but there would be no upfront transfer fee to be paid, unlike Milik.
