Atalanta have announced three cases of coronavirus in their first-team squad after resuming activities today.
The club announced three positive tests after having carried out the required medical tests before resuming training.
La Dea returned to the sports centre for the first time since a quarter-final defeat in the Champions League to Paris Saint-Germain earlier this month.
“Atalanta announce that in the anti-COVID tests carried out this week, in anticipation of the first team’s resumption of activities, three cases of positivity were found,” the statement read.
“The players in question are asymptomatic, already in isolation and under the ATS’ control.”
