Milan have exchanged documents for both Sandro Tonali and Brahim Diaz, on loan from Brescia and Real Madrid, so they will have medicals this week.

Sky Sport Italia report both deals have been essentially completed, pending a medical and the players signing their contracts.

Tonali arrives on loan from Brescia for €10m with option to buy at the end of the season for €15m plus another potential €10m in bonuses.

That takes the total figure up to €35m, which is what Inter had agreed before pulling out of the deal.

Brescia President Massimo Cellino has reportedly signed the contract, meaning only the medical awaits over the next few days.

As for Brahim, he will initially only be a dry loan from Real Madrid, as they were struggling to agree on an option and counter-option.

The two clubs get along very well and have a gentleman’s agreement to discuss those matters later on in the season.

The player is expected in Milan tomorrow for his medical.
