Zaniolo: ‘I’ll be back soon’

Roma forward Nicolò Zaniolo confirmed the ACL rupture in his left knee and thanked the fans for the messages of support. ‘I’ll be back soon’.

The surgery has been scheduled tomorrow, as Zaniolo goes through another injury nightmare and a second ACL rupture in only eight months, this time on his left knee.

“For the many people who are asking me how I am, this morning I carried out the tests that highlighted the rupture of the cruciate ligament in my left knee,” Zaniolo wrote on Instagram.

Per le tantissime persone che mi stanno chiedendo come sto,stamattina ho svolto le visite di rito che hanno evidenziato la rottura del legamento crociato del ginocchio sinistro! Ringrazio tutti quanti sia tifosi della Roma che no per il supporto…tornerò presto! Nicoló
