According to multiple Italian sources, Inter will present a renewal worth €5m per season.

That’s a long way off the supposed €10m wages proposed by Barcelona, who were unwilling to meet the asking price for his transfer fee.

There were also reports today from Sport Mediaset suggesting Real Madrid had approached Lautaro Martinez with an offer worth €100m cash.

However, Sky Sport Italia and Sportitalia are confident there is no proposal, and it’s probably just his agents trying to shop the striker around in Spain.

It was known the two representatives were in Barcelona last week and they are expected to pass on the message to Inter about the latest bid.
