Sampdoria forward Gaston Ramirez has reportedly rejected an offer from Hellas Verona.
The Uruguayan attacker is expected to leave the Blucerchiati this summer, but SampdoriaNews reports he has turned down an offer from Ivan Juric’s Gialloblu.
Verona were reportedly willing to offer him a deal worth €2m a year until June 2023, but Ramirez has decided to turn down the offer.
The outlet explains the club expects to resolve the 29-year-old’s future in short time.
Ramirez moved to Sampdoria from Middlesbrough in August 2017 and has played 96 competitive games for the Blucerchiati, contributing 16 goals and 17 assists.
