Lazio and Benevento drew 0-0 in their pre-season friendly, with no winners between brother coaches Simone and Pippo Inzaghi.

They will meet again in Serie A this season, but both their Week 1 fixtures were postponed to September 30.

That is because Lazio’s opponents Atalanta and Benevento’s rivals Inter finished their 2019-20 seasons late due to the Champions League and Europa League Final Eight participation.
