Manchester United and Everton have joined Tottenham Hotspur in their pursuit of Napoli outcast Arkadiusz Milik.
The striker has been excluded from the squad because he refused to sign a new contract, while a deal with Roma fell through at the last minute.
Tottenham had therefore become the new favourites for the Poland international centre-forward.
However, now the Daily Express claim Manchester United and Carlo Ancelotti’s Everton have approached Napoli to sign Milik.
The 26-year-old found the net 14 times in all competition last season and was purchased from Ajax in 2016 for €32m.
The Premier League does now seem the most likely destination for the former Bayer Leverkusen hitman.
Roma had agreed to sign him on loan with obligation to buy for a total €18m plus €7m in various bonuses.
