Roma have formally started the new era with Dan Friedkin as President of the club and Ryan the Vice-President, as Guido Fienga has been confirmed CEO.

Nine members attended the shareholders’ meeting as Friedkin was confirmed as new patron of the Giallorossi.

The nine members of the Board of Directors, who will have a mandate of three years, are: Dan and Ryan Friedkin, Guido Fienga, Marcus Watts, Eric Williamson, Analaura Moreira-Dunkel, Benedetta Navarra, Mirella Pellegrini and Ines Gandini.

The board, who met immediately after the Assembly, confirmed the appointment of Dan Friedkin and appointed Ryan as Vice-President.

Fienga was confirmed Chief Executive Officer and is in the Executive Committee with Friedkin, Watts and Williamson.
