Perin and Schone are the only players who tested positive for COVID-19 before Sunday’s match with Napoli at the Stadio San Paolo.

The others all tested positive only after returning to Genoa and Napoli have reason to be concerned, as Marchetti, Lerager, Melegoni, Pellegrini, Pjaca, Radovanovic, Zappacosta and Behrami all played against Napoli.

Behrami was the latest, as he had tested negative on Monday, but positive today.

Today, Napoli announced that the full squad and staff tested negative, but COVID-19 has a long incubation period, so more swabs will be required before this weekend’s Serie A match with Juventus.
