Marcos Alonso could be heading back to Serie A following a row with Chelsea manager Frank Lampard, as he was linked with Inter and Juventus.

The 29-year-old is no stranger to Italy, having played at Fiorentina from 2013-16 before his €23m move to Chelsea.

He does not seem to be part of Lampard’s plans after some pre-season disagreements and was not even on the bench for today’s match against Crystal Palace.
