Torino coach Marco Giampaolo has stressed ‘all players will get a chance’ in a long season and expects his men to ‘commit’ to the Granata.
Giampaolo replaced Moreno Longo in the dugout at the Grande Torino ahead of 2020-21 and has brought in many new faces to the club.
Karoli Linetty, Mergim Vojvoda, Ricardo Rodriguez, Federico Bonazzoli, Amer Gojak and Nicola Murry have arrived this summer but Giampaolo has claimed the players who remained will still get the chance to convince him during the first months of the championship.
“They will all have the chance to play, the championship is long,” Gianpaolo told Tuttosport. “There will be changes, commit yourself with determination.
“Those who aren’t satisfied in January will be able to find another accommodation.”
Torino have started the new season with back-to-back defeats to Fiorentina and Atalanta in Serie A, and continue at home against Cagliari after the current international break.
