Genoa have announced that Mattia Perin, Ivan Radovanovic and Federico Marchetti are now testing negative for COVID-19.
A statement confirmed the three players had twice provided negative swabs, meaning they have now recovered.
They will need to have fitness tests before they are given the all-clear to return to training.
Perin was the first Genoa player to test positive on September 26 and it’s reported he had the most serious symptoms, with a fever and cough.
Lasse Schone followed a day after, then the outbreak exploded within the squad following the 6-0 defeat to Napoli.
There were ultimately 22 people at the club who contracted Coronavirus, including 17 players.
“I still have 15 players who are positive, none of them have moved on to a negative status and almost all of them are first choice,” Genoa President Enrico Preziosi said on Saturday.
