Friedkin flies Roma leaders to Bern

Roma owner Dan Friedkin was reportedly the pilot as the Giallorossi leaders travelled to Bern for the match against Young Boys in the Europa League.

The new President has constantly been present since the new season started and has participated in all the team’s trips since replacing James Pallotta as patron of La Lupa.

The American tycoon travelled to Bern this morning, accompanied by his son Ryan and CEO Guido Fienga, and Il Corriere dello Sport reveals he was the pilot of a private plane taking off from Ciampino.

The newspaper reports Friedkin is an airplane enthusiast and has, in addition to the required license, a personal collection of aircrafts.
