Roma defender Gianluca Mancini has revealed that he tested positive for Covid-19. Therefore he will miss the Giallorossi's away clash against Milan on Monday.
"Hello everyone, I tested positive for Covid and as a result I was awarded the quarantine," Mancini wrote on Instagram a few minutes ago.
"I feel good and I’m already counting down the days until I return to the pitch. See you soon and Forza Roma!"
The former Atalanta man did not join his teammates for the Giallorossi's away Europa League clash against Young Boys on Thursday night.
Mancini will miss the Giallorossi's upcoming clash against Milan on Monday when, according to Sky Sport, Paulo Fonseca will also be forced to do without another one of his star defenders: Chris Smalling.
