Roma defender Gianluca Mancini announces he tested negative for COVID-19 and is ready to play against Milan on Monday evening.

The centre-back seems to be another player who provided a ‘false positive’ test, when there is a low viral load, but just enough to trigger the Coronavirus alert.

Mancini announced via social media that he had another two swabs over the last 24 hours and both of those came back negative.
