Andrea Belotti’s future at Torino is in doubt as contract talks to extend his stay at the club have reportedly stalled.
According to Calciomercato.com the contract extension of the Italian striker has not been defined yet and his brilliant start to the season will reignite the interest of many top clubs around Europe.
Belotti has five goals in the opening four Serie A games of the season but Torino have only managed to wrap up one point and sit at the bottom of the table.
The contract of the 26-year-old expires in 2022 and the two parties have not been able to reach an agreement yet.
Belotti has a €100m clause included in his contract but, according to the report, Torino could agree to sell him for €80m as the end of his contract approaches.
Inter, Milan and Tottenham had been linked with signing the player in the past, but Spurs have set their sights on another Serie A striker, namely Arkadiusz Milik who wants to leave Napoli in the January transfer window, six months before the expiration of his contract.
