It was an intense match in Turin, with disallowed goals, woodwork rattled, Andrea Favilli’s Verona opener and an inspired Dejan Kulusevski equaliser.
The Bianconeri thought they had taken the lead before half-time with an Alvaro Morata chip, but it was ruled narrowly offside.
Juan Cuadrado and Paulo Dybala thumped the frame of the goal, while Favilli came off the bench to score the Hellas opener and injured himself in the process.
Kulusevski was also a supersub to get the equaliser for Juventus, showing his quick footwork and skill to find the far bottom corner.
Marco Silvestri managed to stop the Bianconeri taking all three points with a series of late saves.
