Inter coach Antonio Conte praised ‘excellent’ Gervinho but said he’s not thinking about the next transfer window. ‘I won’t talk about other teams’ players’.
Gervinho has been linked with the Nerazzurri but Conte said he has ‘great respect’ for tomorrow’s opponents Parma and will not speak about their players.
“I’m not talking about players who are in other teams,” Conte said at a press conference. “He’s an excellent player and is doing very good things, but I have great respect for Parma, for its players and above all for my own players.
“I’m happy with the players I have. I’m not thinking about January, February or March, but about the match tomorrow.”
Gervinho has played four games for the Crociati this term but has yet to score under new coach Fabio Liverani.
