Milan attacker Brahim Diaz said October has been ‘a good month’ and revealed he has been getting ‘a lot of advice’ from Zlatan Ibrahimovic.
The 21-year-old arrived at Milan ahead of the new season and has scored three times across all competitions for the Diavolo.
The Spanish attacking midfielder has scored in the first two games in the Europa League group stage, helping the Rossoneri to an unbeaten run of 22 games since the resumption of Italian football in June.
“It’s been a good month for me and for the whole team,” Brahim told SportMediastet. “Helping my teammates by scoring goals is always a pleasure.
“I have always done it, but now it’s easier with everyone’s help.”
Brahim praised the impact of veteran Ibrahimovic, who has helped him get going at Milanello.
“He’s a great person, he pays a lot of attention to me and gives me a lot of advice,” the Real Madrid loanee added.
“He’s a player who has made a difference and continues to do so, we have to keep him close to us.”
Brahim didn’t want to talk about the Scudetto battle but insister the Rossoneri will try.
“Let’s take one game at a time, as of today we are doing things correctly. We will try, clearly.”
