The Ducali released a similar statement last night, but this afternoon’s announcement has another two players who had previously tested positive for COVID-19 and were asymptomatic now providing positive results again.
It is not entirely unusual for someone to twice catch COVID-19, especially if they had a low viral load to begin with, as they might not have created enough antibodies to provide immunity.
There are now four players over the last two days at Parma who have been reinfected with Coronavirus.
As usual, Parma did not name the players who tested positive.
