The team group are in fiduciary isolation and will not respond to the national team. Lorenzo Pellegrini has tested positive and Leonardo Spinazzola is injured and are therefore ruled out, but Bryan Cristante and Gianluca Mancini will not travel to join the Italy squad at Coverciano.

Italy are currently preparing for the three games in November, a friendly against Estonia and the two UEFA Nations League matches against Poland and Bosnia-Herzegovina.
