Inter are reportedly on the verge of reaching an agreement to extend Samir Handanovic’s contract until June 2023.
The Nerazzurri goalkeeper is, according to Tuttomercatoweb, discussing new terms with the goalkeeper and are only formalities away from agreeing on an extension with a further year.
The Slovenia international’s current deal expires in June 2022 and the new deal should be completed in December.
The 36-year-old moved to Inter from Udinese in July 2012 and has appeared 352 times with the Nerazzurri.
He has kept 123 clean sheets since his move to Inter but only twice in 10 competitive games in 2020-21.
