Atalanta president Antonio Percassi has revealed Gian Piero Gasperini has signed a one-year contract extension with the club.
Gasperini’s contract was due to expire in June 2022 but Percassi has revealed the Italian coach will remain in charge of La Dea for at least one more season.
“We have already extended his contract,” Percassi told Sky Sport on Monday.
“He has signed a contract until 2023.
“It happened at the end of last season, we’ve already extended our agreement. The link between the manager and the club becomes even stronger.”
