Report: Saelemaekers out for two weeks

Milan will reportedly be without Alexis Saelemaekers for two weeks, as the Belgian injured his ankle against Napoli.

In addition to Zlatan Ibrahimovic’s thigh injury, SportMediaset reports Stefano Pioli must cope without Rafael Leao, who was injured during international duty, and Saelemaekers for the next two weeks.

The latter injured his ankle against Napoli and was added to the list of absentees at Casa Milan.

Without the Swede and the Portuguese centre-forwards available, it should be set for Ante Rebic up front in the next games.

Jens Petter Hauge could then be at left, while on the right, where the Belgian usually plays, Samu Castillejo and Brahim Diaz could alternate.

Milan travel to Lille on Thursday for the fourth round of fixtures in the Europa League group stage.
