Genoa have confirmed their goalkeeper Mattia Perin has picked up a biceps femoris injury.
Perin got injured during last weekend’s clash against Udinese and Genoa have revealed the extent of the injury with an official statement.
“Genoa CFC communicate Mattia Perin picked up a first-degree lesion to his left biceps fermoris during Udinese-Genoa,” the statement reads
Perin’s recovery time remains unknow, he will skip tomorrow’s Derby della Lanterna in Coppa Italia and the home Serie A clash against Parma on November 30.

The 28-year-old joined the Grifone on a dry loan deal from Juventus last summer. He has conceded 10 goals in seven league games so far this season.
