Juventus defender Merih Demiral suffered a muscle injury against Dynamo Kiev in the Champions League and could miss the rest of 2020.
The Bianconeri centre-back, who had to come off during the 3-0 win over the Ukrainians on Wednesday, underwent tests at the J|Medical and will need further tests in 10 days.
“Following the muscle injury suffered in last night’s match, Merih Demiral underwent tests at J|Medical,” the club wrote in a statement.
“The tests revealed a low-grade injury in the right thigh. His conditions will be re-evaluated in 10 days.”
Demiral will miss out on the Derby della Mole against Torino this weekend, the Barcelona match next week and the following Serie A fixture against Genoa.
But the rest of 2020 could also be at risk for the Turkey international.
