Hakan Calhanoglu’s representatives will meet with Milan tomorrow and the Turkey international is reportedly close to renewing with the Diavolo.
Tuttosport claims the parties are getting closer to reaching an agreement over a new deal at San Siro, as his current deal expires in June 2021.
The newspaper reports the parties have scheduled for a new meeting at Casa Milan tomorrow, when the player’s representatives will see if there’s a possibility of reaching an agreement.
Calhanoglu’s contract is currently worth €3.5m a year and Calciomercato.com reported yesterday that the attacking midfielder could be willing to accept a bumper new deal at €4.5m a season.
The outlet claimed he previously demanded €6m a year to stay at Milanello, where the 26-year-old has played 17 competitive games so far in 2020-21.
He has contributed five goals and five assists across all competitions this term.
