Zlatan has been out since the 3-1 win over Napoli in November and the report reveals he has targeted a return against Cagliari on January 18.

The club doesn't want to risk losing the veteran to another setback by rushing him back and he will therefore miss out against Juventus on January 6.

He will know more tomorrow, after the medical examinations. The Swede concluded 2020 with 22 goals since his return to Milan in January and Tuttosport claims he will soon sit down with the Diavolo to discuss his future.

Ibrahimovic’s contract expires in June 2021 and the club works to find a solution to keep him at the club.
