Juventus have announced Matthijs de Ligt has tested positive for coronavirus.
The Old Lady have confirmed another case of COVID-19 in the team group, as De Ligt tested positive on the latest tests.
The club announced the positivity in a press release that read: “Juventus Football Club announce that, during the checks provided for by the protocol in force, the positivity for COVID-19 of Matthijs de Ligt emerged.
“The player has already been placed in isolation.”

Alex Sandro and Juan Cuadrado missed out against Milan on Wednesday due to COVID and the Rossoneri had to cope without Ante Rebic and Rade Krunic due to the disease.
