Rovella is set to join the Old Lady in a swap deal with Manolo Portanova and Elia Petrelli.
The Genoa midfielder arrived at the J Medical in the morning after Abdoulaye Dabo, who will join the Serie A giants on loan from Nantes, and Weston McKennie, Paulo Dybala and Federico Chiesa who picked up injuries against Sassuolo on Sunday.
Portanova did also undergo medical examinations in the morning.
Rovella will extend his expiring contract with Genoa before signing with Juventus.
He will remain on loan at Genoa until the end of the 2021-22 campaign, while both Portanova and Petrelli will move to the Luigi Ferraris immediately.
