Paulo Dybala is expected to remain out of action for 15-20 days following a knee injury, Juventus confirm.
The Argentinean underwent medical examinations this morning following a slight knee sprain sustained on Sunday against Sassuolo.
"Paulo Dybala underwent diagnostic tests at J|Medical this morning, which revealed a low-grade lesion of the medial collateral ligament of the left knee with a recovery time of approximately 15/20 days," Juventus official statement reads.
La Joya will miss Sunday’s key Serie A clash against Inter at the Giuseppe Meazza and the Supercup final against Napoli on January 20.
Weston McKennie and Federico Chiesa did also sustain injuries against Sassuolo, but their physical conditions are not as bad as feared.
"The exams to which Weston McKennie and Federico Chiesa have been subjected to have instead ruled out injuries and therefore their conditions will be evaluated day by day," Juventus announced.
According to Sky Sport, Chiesa and McKennie will be rested against Genoa in Coppa Italia on Wednesday, but Juventus hope they will be available against the Nerazzurri on Sunday.
