Gianluigi Donnarumma misses Milan’s next Coppa Italia match through suspension, after his protest against match official Paolo Valeri last night.
The Milan goalkeeper was not on the pitch against Torino on Tuesday but was sent off for dissent when he loudly protested a decision against the Rossoneri.
The Italy international wanted a penalty for Rafael Leao, who went down in a challenge with Torino goalkeeper Vanja Milinkovic-Savic.
Milan won the match 5-4 on penalties and are through to the quarter-finals of the competition, but Donnarumma will not be available for the next round.
The suspension is only for the Coppa Italia and will not affect the Diavolo’s match against Cagliari in Serie A on Monday.
