“Milan are a great team and if I do well, I can change my career. These months will be very important.”

Meite revealed he realised he could move to Milan ahead of the match in Serie A between the Granata and the Rossoneri.

“It was before the League match. They called my agent and said we had to talk with [Paolo] Maldini. From that moment, I understood I could reach Milan.”
