According to Sky Sport Italia, Zlatan Ibrahimovic met Milan directors today to clarify what happened with Romelu Lukaku last night.
The Swede was involved in a spat with the Inter striker before the half time break in a Coppa Italia quarter final clash.
Both forwards were booked with Ibra who was sent off in the second half after a foul on Aleksandr Kolarov.
Stefano Pioli admitted in a post-match press conference, the 39-year-old apologised after the final whistle.
According to Sky Sport, Ibra gave an explanation to Milan directors too today.
Ibrahimovic has reportedly met the club’s executives after today’s training in Milanello and gave his point of view on what happened at the Giuseppe Meazza last night.
The 39-year-old has also denied he racially abused his opponent with two posts on Twitter and Instagram.
