Pirlo: 'The last Inter match is forgotten'

Juventus coach Andrea Pirlo said the Old Lady are not looking for revenge when they face Inter in the semi-finals of the Coppa Italia. ‘The League game is forgotten’.

The Bianconeri coach spoke at a press conference after the 4-0 win over SPAL in the quarter-finals, which then set up a thriller against the Nerazzurri in the semi-finals of the competition.

But Pirlo said it's not about getting revenge after the 2-0 defeat to Inter in Serie A.

“The match in Milan was in the League and is forgotten,” Pirlo said. “We will face the Coppa Italia match with great desire of reaching the Final.

“They are different matches, we cancel the one from last Sunday and prepare for the next.”

Juventus are currently preparing for the match against Sampdoria in Serie A on Saturday and sit seven points behind leaders Milan with one game in hand.
