Probable line-ups: Braga vs. Roma

Edin Dzeko returns to the starting line-up against Sporting Braga, but Bryan Cristante continues as captain for the Giallorossi.

The match kicks off at 17.55 UK time.

Roma are looking for a positive start in the knockout stages of the Europa League when they travel to Portugal for the first leg in the round of 32.

Paulo Fonseca faces his former club and the home side are struggling with four key members out injured.

The Giallorossi coach confirmed Dzeko starts, but the Bosnian will not wear the captain’s armband. He’s expected to be supported by Pedro and Henrikh Mkhitaryan in the 3-4-2-1 formation of Fonseca.

Cristante starts in the middle of a defensive trident, with Gianluca Mancini and Roger Ibanez available to complete the defensive line.

Pau Lopez continues in goal, with Gonzalo Villar gets a breather, making way for Amadou Diawara.

Braga (probable): Matheus; Tormena, Viana, Sequeira; Esgaio, Al Musrati, Novais, Galeno; Piazon, Horta; Ruiz

Roma (probable): Pau Lopez; Mancini, Cristante, Ibanez; Karsdorp, Diawara, Veretout, Spinazzola; Mkhitaryan, Pedro; Dzeko
