Probable line-ups: Atalanta vs. Real Madrid

Atalanta coach Gian Piero Gasperini evaluates if he should start with Josip Ilicic or Duvan Zapata against Real Madrid tonight.

The match kicks off at 20.00 UK time, you can follow the build-up and action as it happens of the Liveblog HERE.

The Nerazzurri prepare for the first of two legs against Real Madrid in the last 16 of the Champions League.

Luis Muriel seems set to start for the Orobici, but Gasperini has doubts about the Colombian’s partner.

Muriel could be paired with compatriot Zapata, but only if Ilicic can’t play against the Spanish giants.

La Dea are still coping without Hans Hateboer and Joakim Maehle is expected at right.

The many reports in Italy agree that Gasperini should start with Pierluigi Gollini in goal, with Rafael Toloi, Cristian Romero and Berat Djimsiti expected in defence.

Robin Gosens should be at left, with Marten de Roon and Remo Freuler set to play in the middle of the park, with Matteo Pessina supporting the two strikers.

The attention has been on Zidedine Zidane’s injury hit squad ahead of the first leg at the Gewiss Stadium.

He arrives in Bergamo with a reworked line-up and without players like Dani Carvajal, Sergio Ramos and Marcelo in defence.

Karim Benzema, Eden Hazard and Rodrygo are missing, but in the middle Zidane has the experience of Toni Kroos, Casemiro and Luka Modric.

Atalanta (probable): Gollini; Toloi, Romero, Djimsiti; Maehle, De Roon, Freuler, Gosens; Pessina; Muriel, Zapata

Real Madrid (probable): Courtois; Lucas Vazquez, Varane, Nacho, Mendy; Modric, Casemiro, Kroos; Asensio, Mariano, Vinicius
